Welcome to Timah’s Luxe Hair. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of theluxehairbrand.com and purchases made through our online store. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the Site. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
This website is operated by Timah’s Luxe Hair, a business located in Quebec, Canada. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Timah’s Luxe Hair.
We sell wigs, hair extensions, lace products, accessories, and related items. Our Vietnamese hair is sourced from Vietnam, and products described as Asian hair are sourced from China. Please review the individual product page for the description, texture, length, lace size, colour, origin, care information, and available options that apply to that product.
Natural human hair may have slight variations in colour, wave pattern, density, or texture. Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colours appear. We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions and images accurately, but small natural or visual differences are not defects.
Products and options are subject to availability. We may correct genuine errors in product information or pricing. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide appropriate options, which may include cancellation and a refund.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless another currency is selected or displayed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total are shown during checkout before payment is submitted.
The payment methods currently available to you are those displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorized and completed before an order is processed. We may use payment and fraud-prevention providers to verify transactions and may contact you if additional verification is reasonably required.
Standard orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays. Sales, holidays, restock periods, or unusually high order volumes may add processing time.
Custom units and preorder items may require an additional 7–14 business days before shipping. Any product-specific processing information shown on the product page also forms part of your order.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees because carrier operations, weather, customs, and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Tracking details will be emailed after dispatch when tracking is available.
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has started. If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us so we can assist with the carrier and review the available resolution. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
Because hair products are personal-use goods, sales are generally final for hygiene reasons unless an item is incorrect, defective, or applicable law provides otherwise. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is a problem with your order.
Items submitted for review must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, uncoloured, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging. Contacting us does not automatically guarantee a return or refund; we will assess the circumstances and provide the resolution required by our policy and applicable law. Custom wigs, altered units, and made-to-order products are final sale once work has started, except where the product is incorrect, defective, or applicable law requires another remedy. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all selected specifications before submitting the order.
Results and product lifespan depend on care, installation, colouring, chemical processing, heat use, and maintenance. Follow the care guidance provided on the Site and consider using a qualified professional for installation, bleaching, colouring, or chemical treatment. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, excessive heat, overprocessing, or third-party services, to the extent permitted by law.
Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s text, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, and designs are owned by or licensed to Timah’s Luxe Hair. They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially used without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
You may not misuse the Site, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or use the Site for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access or cancel fraudulent or abusive orders where reasonably necessary.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Timah’s Luxe Hair is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products. This provision does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We collect and handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including for order fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, Site operation, and other purposes described there.
We may update these terms when our products, services, practices, or legal obligations change. The revised terms apply from the date they are posted and do not retroactively change rights relating to an order already completed, except where permitted or required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply based on your location.
