Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that during sales, holidays, or restock periods, processing may take additional business days.
Shipping Time
- Domestic (Canada & USA): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Order Verification & Tracking
To ensure accuracy, please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Timah’s Luxe Hair is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking information will be sent once your package is shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates. However, we will assist in locating your package when possible.
Signature Requirement
For your protection, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package.
Preorders & Custom Wigs
Custom units or preorder items may require 7–14 additional business days before shipping.
You’ll receive updates once your order is ready to ship.
